Instituir el cuidado del otro: análisis de la relevancia del Diplomado “Manejo del paciente con trauma en urgencias”, a partir de las representaciones sociales de sus protagonistas

Resumen

Este trabajo se desarrolla a partir de las representaciones que los profesores y alumnos, participantes del Diplomado Manejo del paciente con Trauma en Urgencias (DMPTU), tienen del mismo. El diplomado es una capacitación que surgió como necesidad en un hospital de alta especialidad, en Villahermosa, Tabasco, México; perteneciente al sector salud.

El objetivo central del estudio es conocer cuáles son los factores institucionales y educativos que han incidido en el diseño, implementación y resultados del DMPTU, a partir de las Representaciones Sociales (RS) que construyen los actores que intervienen en él.

El estudio completo aborda los siguientes ejes temáticos: representaciones sociales, evaluación curricular, desempeño, habilidades y destrezas. Sin embargo, para este artículo sólo se aborda sólo el de representaciones sociales. Se cierra con un apartado de conclusiones a partir de lo subjetivo; lo simbólico dentro de la vida real.

Abstract

This paper offers an approach to the situation of indigenous migrant women in the light of the theory of social representations, which seeks to analyze their indigenous, women and employment status. The first axis can identify women and specifically to the Chontal, from her feminine identity, which allows us to understand them from the root of their own culture. The second axis seeks to give an approximation of what it means to be indigenous, a cultural aspect that encourages women in search for new projects of individual, social and family life. The third axis leads the reader on a journey into the world of these indigenous women work which develops the skills learned at home to be applied in the new field of work. At the end, the reflections of the indigenous feminine woman who works are revealed, as well as their traits and characteristics lived from their place of origin to their transfer to the urban area.
