Arte social y arte político. Definiciones, censura institucional y formas de difusión alternativas
Resumen
La finalidad de este ensayo es la de revisar las definiciones y el sentido del arte social y al arte político, además de reflexionar sobre su relación con las instituciones culturales y sobre los medios de difusión alternativa a dichas instituciones. Por esto, éste trabajo se construyó a partir de las siguientes preguntas: ¿qué es el arte político y el arte social? ¿Cuál es su finalidad? ¿Cuál es su relación con el poder? y finalmente ¿existen opciones de difusión alejadas de las instituciones culturales y artísticas tradicionales para el artista comprometido con la crítica política y social?
Para responder a dichos cuestionamientos este ensayo se divide en varias secciones. Primero se definen los conceptos de arte social y arte político, después se mencionan las finalidades de éstos, posteriormente se ejecuta una reflexión sobre su relación con las instituciones culturales y del arte a partir de la perspectiva de Nietzsche sobre la voluntad de poder y la teoría de juegos finitos e infinitos de Carse. Finalmente se revisa si existe alguna posibilidad de difusión alejada de los mecanismos de dichas instituciones para argumentar el uso de la Web como un medio óptimo para la difusión y producción plástica política alternativa, por medio de la descripción de varios ejemplos de proyectos exitosos.

Abstract
This essay is born from the following questions: what is social political art? What is the purpose of this? What is its relationship with power? And finally, are there dissemination options for the artist committed to political criticism and away from these institutions? To answer these questions, this work is divided into several sections. First, it seeks to review the relationship between social political art and art institutions from the perspective of Nietzsche on the will to power and the field theory of Pierre Bourdieu; later it is defined what is the purpose of it, especially if it is far from cultural institutions, this from the Marxist concept of the Pathos of indignation, and finally recommendations are given on the alternative means of dissemination and self-management.
